         Stoppe Management Services has been in business since 1984.  We currently offer housing for year round residents as well as office space, retail space and manufacturing space.  We have strong community ties and are committed to keeping our rentals in the best condition.  If you are looking for quality rentals with people who care, you have come to the right place.

          Year Round Apartments are located in Ashland, NH in the residential and downtown areas. They are quiet buildings with some very long-term residents. All of our year round residential apartments are in convenient locations which are walking distance to the downtown area and the town offices.  There is a common laundry facility at each of our buildings for your convenience.

          Retail Space, Office Space and Manufacturing Space is located in Holderness, NH and Plymouth, NH.  

          Our largest commercial space is located at 1412 Route 175, in Holderness, NH.  It's multiple buildings feature build to suit availability with many size choices.  Multiple dock loading areas as well as drive in capability.  Office space is available with most square footage configurations.  Extra high ceilings, street & building signage, commercial grade electricity, parking and more.

          Tenney Mountain Plaza located at 612 Tenney Mountain Highway in Plymouth has retail space with picture window displays and nice store frontage at street level. There is space for hanging your sign to get the most of the traffic draw. Dock loading is in the rear of the building with extra parking out back.
